Balearic Breakfast | Episode 122 | Heading towards the sun

As of 07 February 2023, the World's situation was, how to put it, worrying: the war in Ukraine was going strong, earthquakes just happened in Syria and Turkey with thousands of people dying and, on top of the cake, open conflicts arose between South and North Corea while US military shot down Chinese spy balloon over the Atlantic Ocean...

So it seemed obvious we all needed a new Balearic Breakfast show. And that one didn't disappoint by any means: I immediately felt its unique strength and its inner message: Escapism! All of the tracks had that urge, that of someone escaping from a dark place to a sunny trip.

Also, as it often happens in Balearic Breakfast, you get to discover Classic tracks: in this 121st edition, we heard a song that was covered by Demis Roussos: "I dig you". More on that in a later post!
