Colleen ’Cosmo’ Murphy broadcast the 151st episode of Balearic Breakfast on her Mixcloud and Twitch TV socials on October 17th 2023.

About this show. – The first ethereal tracks played by Colleen in this 150th edition of Balearic Breakfast make you feel like you're waking up, surrounded by clouds, somewhere, in an unknown space (King Imagine – Love Theme). In the distance, you see a beautiful girl walking alone, wearing a drape (Laurindo Almeida – The Summer Knows); she looks at you (Lexx – Here and Now). You feel a light sadness there (Finis Africae – El Pulso de la Madera), a presence, as you take her delicate hand. "It's okay to be sad, you know?" she tells you with a light smile (Yasushi de – A Place in the Sun (Kaoru Inoue Remix)). Walking on by her side without knowing where destiny will take you (George Koutalieris – Silent Messages), you don't dare say a word when, unexpectedly, you feel another presence in the air... An eagle flies by, and you watch as it travels through the unknown, somehow guiding you (Abba – Eagle)...

The Balearic Breakfast Familly gathered together when Colleen posted the request line on her socials on Saturday 14th October and made incredibly great requests, allowing our beloved Captain to present another of these shows with a Musical Soul of its own. The musical unity presented here is absolutely unparalleled... I just came to think about it but what a splendid way of celebrating Balearic Breakfast's 150th episode!!

The Wow effect. – We all were Wowed several times during this show, as always! I got very emotional when hearing my request followed by Rayko's Cocktail Disco Edit of Roberto Carlos' song "Amigo", I recognised a familiar tune also found in Dalida's famous song, "Salma Ya Salama" and loved the song even more when my dear Ana translated some of its lyrics on the chat! Such a gorgeous song about Friendship!

The Balearic Breakfast Familly also absolutely loved Colleen's new 'Cosmodelica' remix of David Holmes ft Raven Violet's track, "Stop Apologising"! What a trip this new remix is!
