I will never forget the day I met Colleen. It was at the 104, in Paris, a few days after my birthday on September, 29th 2019, during the Red Bull Music Festival (she was doing a set along with other well-known DJs, including James Murphy / Vincent Privat / Seb le Vinyl). I was sitting on the ground, resting after several hours of dancing non-stop. As I was watching the dancers having the time of their lives, I saw a beautiful lady walking in rhythm to the music. I said to myself “Wow, that Lady is beautiful”! Suddenly, I realized and shouted in her direction “Colleen?! Is it you?!" "Yes it’s me!” she answered. After exchanging a few words, I just fell into her arms and hugged her. Everything was so unexpected, so beautiful... Imagine meeting your beloved DJ surrounded by Klipschorns powered by Crown Macrotech Amplifiers and people dancing like crazy in a beautiful room with wooden panels and very high ceilings, not to mention a perfect light show... I must admit I held that moment close in my heart when the pandemic struck a few months later and when I got rolled into the Balearic Breakfast adventure!

To me, this show is all about that perfect moment two people share together in an embrace. Listen to songs like “Blossom”, "Love Song", "One More Night" and even "Always" (just a few selected from the lot ^^); you will be able to picture an embrace, two people joining together in an everlasting moment of pure happiness, this musical feeling being enhanced by Colleen’s dedication to Terry Fincham's friend who sadly passed away...
