Balearic Breakfast | Episode 27 | New Suns Ahead...

Worldwide FM broadcast the 27th episode of Balearic Breakfast on March 02nd 2021.

Did we all know just what time it was, or what day, or where we should all be going? Lost in the maze, with non-stop contradictory “COVID-19” news, almost brainwashed by the falling numbers of cases rising, plunging, rising again and saddened by the people dying, literally, we were all. Suffocating.

Our Captain was well aware of that as we shared our fears with her from time to time. Our only way “out” was Balearic Breakfast (a musical smorgasbord of sounds across the world as Colleen put it on her socials on March, 2nd 2023). So, once again, the Balearic Breakfast family reunited, and our Captain lifted our spirits high! And I just came to think about it but one thing that really made me love the show was discovering new versions of songs I thought I knew and, generally speaking, New music! New music sometimes meaning good old music (laughs)! As a matter of fact, Juntro Mundo's track "Panthera" uses an absolutely identical backup track (with some add-ons) to Karen Cheril's "Sing to Me Mama".

I will have to dig further one day and find out more information about these two songs. I only knew Karen Cheryl's version so I requested "Sing to Me Mama" and Colleen played it on another edition of Balearic Breakfast!

This show is one of those that felt like I was Home... My love was becoming stronger and stronger ^^
