ABOUT THIS EPISODE
After returning from Ibiza, Colleen presented a new and very eclectic episode of our beloved show. This episode is such a special one... It starts with a grand opening, then moves to a Balearic side, starting slowly, before ending in a triumphal "house section" with a beautiful mini mix that the Balearic Breakfast family always approves of, with dancing feets (laughs)!
A special note, if you have never heard it, I urge you to listen to Ola Onabule's version of Robert Palmer's 'Every Kind Of People'. It is a true gem to know and to own on vinyl!
This week’s Balearic Breakfast is now up on my Mixcloud and its another eclectic mix of new tunes and requests. I’m happy to report that some of the requests are in response to right winger bigotry recognising discrimination, calling for unity and hoping for better times. People make the world go round and it takes every kind of people.
There’s also new music from Fred Everything, Atjazz, MDA Grooves, Moodyman, MUSIC FOR DREAMS, Dames Brown, Mudd, DJ Disse and soul, house and Balearic classics – a bit of something for most everyone.
